bully 2 most def, one of the best games ive ever played. red dead as well and a true manhunt sequel for the third entry

couldnt agree more and its a model that clearly works as proven by nfl 2k5 when it was competing with madden.

this is a large part of the reason i havent invested in a wii u. the wii was so far behind ps3/360 in terms of its online network and how it handled everything from lack of achievements/trophies/download s/demos/etc. it was either a complicated mess, couldnt do it, or was just waaaaaaaay easier on the other two. i was under the impression that nintendo would have learned from the wii and added all of those things for the wii u but it didnt and now they cant have my money, at least not yet. wh...

the demo actually sold em on this game which is funny as i was just reading an article about how they can cut a games sales in half. although im sure his data included shitty games and he didnt specify what a good demo can do
agreed. the wii was the first to do motion, it was a fad, it faded, thats the end of that. unfortunately for nintendo it also left a bad taste in most people's mouth and other than thsoe die hard nintendo fans and the few people who actually enjoyed the wii, i dont see many other people wanting it.
i use to buy every console out there but even i was soured by the wii. that said, i do think the wii u is neat and i even think that a the dual screen is the next step in gami...
im gonna pick it up for 20. its not what i want in an RE game but neither was 5 and it was enjoyable. i like to think of them as just fun action games now as opposed to true RE sequels. really dont have much choice but to think that way unless capcom finally gets their heads out of their *sses and realizes what fans want

actually i noticed many of activisions games tend to remain at high prices. i was looking for some cheap copies of older games they made and they havent dropped much from their original retail prices and some like spyro actually increased in value. marvel ultimate alliance 2 and the spiderman games are other good examples

look at the disc before you purchase champ. when* i get used games, i make sure they are in like new condition only. complete with a nice case, manual, and the disc looks good. if it doesnt meet that criteria i wont buy.
agreed. i actually like to buy the majority of my games new but sometimes i miss a few titles, they go out of production and are no longer available new. then when i finally have free time i go get them and because they arent being made anymore, used is how i still get to experience them.
if they didnt sell used games anymore i would never get to play them. this could potentially hurt devs too because they miss a potential fan who could buy their future games.
idk but if this is old school RE, day one buy for sure. i hope a lot of peeps but it as well and it sells better than 5 and 6. then maaaaaaaaaybe, crapcom will get the message that we want the gameplay from 1-3, code veronica, etc. just with updated visuals and better controls. survival horror though, not third person shooter!!!!!!!!!

you clearly don't play many games from FROM SOFTWARE. even their "dumbed down" accessible games are deeper than 90% of the games out there. also they have stated many times now since the announcement, just the beginning few hours will be easier and more accessible. presumably to hook more players in right away so that when it amps up the difficulty and depth those same players are already invested and more willing to take the leap. its a good strategy imo.

also many of my fav series have undergone changes, some i have liked, some i havent. if i dont agree with what they have done then i just move on. shit happens, its just a game theres far more to life to stress over esp once you pass 14 lol.
good example: ratchet and clank. the last couple games have sucked and yet im not blowing up the forums or complaining on every article i see regarding them....
